Background

Six decades, family-run.

Founded in 1965 by the De Cotiis family and headquartered in Vancouver, Onni Group is a fully integrated developer — designing, building, owning and managing its projects rather than selling them off. That long-hold approach has produced a large portfolio of rental, office and mixed-use buildings.

Onni began investing in the United States in 2010, starting with apartments in Phoenix, and has since become one of the most active developers in cities including Los Angeles, Chicago, Seattle, Toronto and Vancouver.

The company entered the Seattle market in 2013 and has invested an estimated $287 million in the region. Onni 606 — three 600-foot towers in Downtown Bellevue — stands as its largest undertaking in Washington State.
