At roughly 600 feet, each of Onni 606's three towers reaches the maximum height allowed in Downtown Bellevue — making it a rare cluster of three buildings at the city's ceiling.
Bellevue only raised its downtown height limit to 600 feet in 2017. The first tower to reach it topped out in 2023. Onni 606 would add three more at the same height, all on one block.
