An April 2026 profile of Onni 606 described three roughly 600-foot towers on a shared podium at 606 106th Avenue NE, with more than 1,300 apartments, over 400 hotel suites, about 896,000 square feet of office, two pools, a daycare and a roughly 15,000-square-foot public plaza. Those are reported 2026 figures, not an amended approval; the June 2022 approval lists 1,059 residences, 257 hotel rooms and 871,818 square feet of office. The coverage billed the development as the largest construction project in Washington State — a superlative worth attributing to the reporting rather than stating as settled fact.
The three towers all reach roughly 600 feet, Bellevue's effective downtown height ceiling, so they differ by footprint and program rather than height. Tower 1 is the mixed hotel-and-residential tower (53 stories); Tower 2 is an all-residential point tower (54 stories, about 634 homes, with a pool and sky lounge crowning it); Tower 3 is the office tower (45 stories, wide floorplates, with a daycare in the podium).
The program has shifted over the approvals. An approved 2025 update (24-113252-LJ) trimmed below-grade parking from 2,479 stalls across seven levels to 1,712 across five, roughly doubled indoor bike storage to about 532 spaces, and relocated the central energy plant to Tower 1.
On the ground, none of this is built yet. As of mid-2026 the block has been cleared and the superstructure permits are pending. The profile is a useful snapshot of the intended project; the permit record is the measure of how much of it is actually cleared to rise.
