Two Bellevue permit files recorded technical-review movement on August 24 without changing the legal construction phase at Onni 606. The first electrical review of the planned excavation-pit conveyors was approved, while two utility reviews of the shared podium were also approved. Both permits retain an overall status of Pending.
Electrical permit 26-117887-BG covers two 600-amp, 480-volt, three-phase conveyor systems for NW Construction. Bellevue's first review had requested a revision August 11 seeking control-panel listing information or, if the panels are not listed by a Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory, a field evaluation after installation. The Revision 1 electrical review now shows Approved on August 24. The public activity line contains no new note explaining the disposition, and the permit itself has not been issued.
The approval is meaningful but narrow. It shows that the named electrical review no longer carries an open correction at this revision; it does not publish an installation date, establish that the conveyors are operating or authorize the separate perimeter-shoring and below-grade structural work. Those larger permits remain pending.
The same day's podium activity illustrates how several revisions can coexist in Bellevue's ledger. Under building permit 25-105052-BB, both the Revision 3 and Revision 4 utility reviews closed Approved on August 24. The Revision 3 transportation review closed the same day with a note that transportation review would be completed under Revision 4. That entry transfers the active review path; it is not a transportation approval.
The podium permit covers the common base through the level-5 slab caps, including retail, amenity, food-and-beverage, gym, daycare, event and office uses. Its overall status remains Pending. Discipline-level utility approvals therefore document progress within the application but do not permit podium construction, establish a start date or release any of the three tower permits above it.
Read together, the August 24 entries show two parts of the project moving through technical review: excavation-supporting equipment and the later shared building base. They do not bridge the permits between those scopes. The operative site phase remains limited early grading and soil characterization; full-site grading, perimeter shoring and the P2-through-P5 below-grade structure still require their own approvals before the project can move into unrestricted deep excavation and garage construction.
