Bellevue's latest review entry for Onni 606's all-residential Tower 2 records another correction cycle rather than an approval. On July 23, the city completed the Revision 2 structural review of building permit 25-105109-BB with the status "Rev Requested." The permit itself remains Pending.
The review note states: "Rev 2 submittal is the same as Rev 1 submittal. See structural comments posted on 06/24/2026." The June 24 Revision 1 entry was also marked Rev Requested and identified its scope as the Tower 2 residential gravity review. In practical terms, the Revision 2 review did not resolve those structural comments.
Tower 2's building permit was filed February 28, 2025 for the residential tower above the shared podium. Unlike the Tower 1 and Tower 3 permits, its public review record does not show a hold tied to the pending 2026 proposal to move the hotel between those two towers. That relative advantage does not mean Tower 2 is cleared to build: structural, transportation and other building-permit reviews still have outstanding items.
The July 23 entry is a request for another revision, not a permit denial or issuance. It also does not change the authority for work now visible on the block. Limited early grading continues under a separate issued permit, while the shoring, below-grade structure and Tower 2 superstructure permits remain Pending.
The next documentary sign of progress on Tower 2 would be a revised structural submittal that addresses the June comments and advances through review. Until that appears in Bellevue's public file, the accurate status is unchanged: Tower 2 remains in city review.
