onni606.com, an independent tracker of the Onni 606 development, has identified a new permit filing with the City of Bellevue. Permit number 26-117887-BG, currently listed with an 'Open' status, details the installation of two 600A 480V 3P conveyor belt systems for NW Construction.
The scope of work for this permit includes the feeder and connection of pit conveyor systems by Prime Electric, as outlined in their Temporary Power Plan. Ault Electric is designated to perform the connection of motors via pre-made plug-in cables, as well as motor testing and rotation.
The Onni 606 project is planned for three towers at 606 and 620 106th Ave NE in Bellevue, featuring approximately 1,289 residences, 317 hotel suites, and 896,000 square feet of office space. As of mid-2026, the site has undergone demolition of former buildings and most of the surface slab, with excavators and a tracked dozer active across a graded area. A compact green tracked drill rig, sealed drums, and palletized material have also been observed in the southwest staging area.
This new permit (26-117887-BG) pertains to equipment for site operations. It is distinct from the primary superstructure building permits for the podium (25-105052-BB), Tower 1 (25-105181-BB), Tower 2 (25-105109-BB), and Tower 3 (25-105295-BB), all of which remain 'Pending' and have not yet been issued. The issuance of this new permit does not indicate a groundbreaking for the main structures, nor does it affect the status of the deep five-level garage excavation and perimeter shoring, which have not yet commenced.
