Onni 606 Below-Grade Structure Permit Moves to 'Ready to Issue' Status

The permit for the below-grade structure (parking levels P2-P5) for the Onni 606 development has advanced to 'Ready to Issue' status, as recorded by the City of Bellevue.

The City of Bellevue permit record for the Onni 606 development at 606 and 620 106th Ave NE indicates a significant advancement for the project's below-grade construction. Permit 24-104362-BB, which covers the below-grade structure spanning parking levels P2 through P5, has changed its status from 'Pending' to 'Ready to Issue'. This permit encompasses the foundational parking for the entire development, including the three towers and shared podium.

This 'Ready to Issue' status signifies that the city's review process for this specific construction phase is largely complete, and the permit is prepared for issuance once all final conditions are met by the developer. The scope of this permit is critical, as it covers the multi-level underground parking that will serve the planned residential, hotel, and office components of the project.

The Onni 606 project is designed to include three towers, each approximately 600 feet tall, atop a shared podium. The development is slated to feature 1,059 residences, 257 hotel rooms, 871,818 square feet of office space, and 1,712 parking stalls. The advancement of the below-grade parking permit is a necessary step before the extensive five-level garage excavation and perimeter shoring can proceed.

As of mid-2026, the four superstructure building permits (25-105052-BB for the podium, 25-105181-BB for Tower 1, 25-105109-BB for Tower 2, and 25-105295-BB for Tower 3) remained in 'Pending' status. The 'Ready to Issue' status for the below-grade structure permit (24-104362-BB) does not equate to a groundbreaking date for the overall project, but it does indicate progress toward the initial stages of vertical construction.
