Bellevue record logs escorted oversized-load delivery to Onni

A new inspection entry describes one pipe-pile load brought to Onni under escort; its connection to the project’s construction sequence is not established.

A Bellevue inspection entry dated October 26, 2026, records that N.W. Heavy Haul brought one oversized load of pipe piles “to Onni” between 5:45 a.m. and an unspecified end time, with a police escort, pilot and city escort. The entry is under record 26 118368 TE, titled “932 ROW-Oversized Loads,” and its status is “Ongoing.”

The entry establishes that the delivery was recorded; it does not establish that the piles were installed, identify their destination or confirm that the load was for Onni 606. The relationship between this record and the development is unconfirmed.

Onni 606 is planned as three roughly 600-foot towers on a shared podium at 606 and 620 106th Ave. NE. The project facts supplied for this update say the block is in earthwork, with full-site grading still pending.

The four superstructure building permits—podium 25-105052-BB and tower permits 25-105181-BB, 25-105109-BB and 25-105295-BB—were all listed as pending as of mid-2026. The new inspection entry does not change those permit statuses or establish a construction start. This is onni606.com’s independent read of the public record.
