Shoring inspection record reaches 15 entries; demolition permit is closed

Seven more ongoing pile inspections extend the record through October 23. Bellevue also records demolition finaled September 30.

Bellevue has posted seven additional pile inspections under Onni 606's issued mass-excavation and shoring permit, 21-134212-BV, since this site's October 14 check. The new entries are dated October 15, 16, 19, 20, 21, 22 and 23. Together with the eight previously reported entries, the public record now contains 15 pile inspections from September 28 through October 23, all marked Ongoing without notes.

The entries document continued shoring inspection activity. They do not establish a completed support wall or resolution of the east-side condition in the September 18 preconstruction note. That note allows shoring to start but requires city approval when the east side reaches the elevation needing soil nails where no easement has been granted. These are excavation-support inspections, not evidence of permanent tower foundations.

The demolition record also needs a correction to this site's ledger: permit 25-126179-BE is Closed, with a finaled date of September 30, 2026. It was issued January 12 for removal of the two former buildings. The finaled date is an administrative milestone; it is not the date the buildings physically came down, and it does not issue any separate excavation or building permit.

The parcel ledger continues to list the shoring and P2-through-P5 below-grade permits as Issued. No inspection is posted under below-grade permit 24-104362-BB. Full-site grading, utility extension, the shared podium, all three tower building permits, the hotel-relocation application and its concurrency record remain Pending at this check. There is continued shoring activity, but no newly issued podium or tower building permit in the reviewed parcel record.
