The headline's figure is lower than the 871,818 square feet of office that Bellevue approved for Tower 3 in June 2022. Pending land-use application 26-106943-LJ would move the hotel into Tower 3 and reduce the office program; the city had not decided it at the latest check.
Opening leasing does not change permit status. The podium and all three tower building permits remain Pending.
