Beyond the teardown itself, the first field-mobilization permits for Onni 606 have reached the City of Bellevue ledger. They are small filings, but the first concrete sign the block is moving from demolition toward excavation.
A temporary electrical service (26-114355-BF) was applied for and issued the same day — June 17 — then finaled June 25. A larger temporary construction-power permit (26-114797-BG), applied June 26, installs a 2,500-amp and a 4,000-amp 480-volt service drawn from the Puget Sound Energy transformers on site, along with a power skid feeding site lighting, tools and a portable office.
A late-May right-of-way permit (26-111760-TJ) cleared a wireless cabinet off a city streetlight pole to make room for the work.
None of these is a headline on its own. Together they are the infrastructure a construction site needs before real work begins — power, lighting, a field office — and they land in the record exactly when Onni has said it wants to move into excavation. The larger dig still depends on the mass-excavation and below-grade permits, which remained under city review as these mobilization filings went in.
