This permit covers the construction of the multi-level underground parking and foundation for the entire Onni 606 development. The scope includes the substructure for the three planned towers and their shared podium, encompassing residential, hotel, and office components.
The Onni 606 project, located at 606 and 620 106th Ave NE, is planned to feature three towers, each approximately 600 feet tall, atop a shared podium. The development is designed to include 1,059 residences, 257 hotel rooms, 871,818 square feet of office space, and 1,712 parking stalls.
While the issuance of this permit clears the way for construction of the project's underground levels, it does not signify the issuance of permits for the superstructure of the individual towers or the podium. As of mid-2026, the four superstructure building permits (25-105052-BB for the podium, 25-105181-BB for Tower 1, 25-105109-BB for Tower 2, and 25-105295-BB for Tower 3) remained in 'Pending' status.
