Hotel relocation clears two reviews; concurrency still holds permit

Bellevue's review ledger shows progress on Onni 606's proposed reshuffling of its three-tower program. The Revision 3 transportation review for application 26-106943-LJ closed Approved on September 17, followed by the Revision 3 land-use review on September 18. The application proposes moving the hotel from Tower 1 to Tower 3, but the city's overall permit status was still Pending at the September 23 check.

The two reviewers left the same dependency in view. Transportation says a concurrency certificate must be signed on the same day as permit issuance. Land use says it is waiting for concurrency and anticipated the permit would be issued September 21. That projected date has passed without an Issued status in the September 23 parcel ledger; the linked concurrency record 26-108760-DC also remains Pending. A completed review line or anticipated date is not the decision that replaces the approved 2022 plan.

Until an approval is issued, the baseline still places 257 hotel rooms in Tower 1 and the office program in Tower 3. April reporting described a larger hotel and less office space in the proposal, but the public permit summary does not provide a reconciled replacement room or floor-area schedule. The site therefore continues to present those figures as a proposal rather than approved project totals.

Other September 17 building reviews illustrate work still ahead. Under the shared podium permit, a Revision 3 structural review requested changes while a separate Revision 5 structural line closed. Tower 3's Revision 2 fire review also requested changes. All four main superstructure permits—podium and Towers 1, 2 and 3—remain Pending. The next clear land-use milestone is issuance of the redesign together with its required concurrency certificate.
