Quarterly Progress Report No. 20 is now available in Washington Ecology's public file for the Onni 606 property. Dated September 10, 2026, the TRC report says soil characterization took place in June and July for the contained-in determination request, alongside preparations for redevelopment. This replaces the site's earlier account that the report was not yet visible at its September 12 file check.
The report retains tentative targets: remedial excavation in late Q3–Q4 2026, completion of the interim remedial action in Q4 2026–Q1 2027, and a Remedial Action Report in Q2–Q3 2027. These are forecasts subject to permitting, market conditions and contractor availability. The September document does not confirm when remedial excavation actually began.
Ecology's separate August 13 determination sets handling and disposal conditions for 21,250 tons of identified PCE-affected soil. Neither that decision nor this progress report is a final No Further Action determination. Construction earthwork alone does not identify a particular truckload as contaminated material.
Report No. 21 is due December 10. That filing and disposal documentation will provide further evidence of cleanup progress; the schedule alone cannot establish how much material has been removed.
