Bellevue's inspection ledger now records eight pile inspections under Onni 606's mass-excavation and shoring permit, 21-134212-BV. The entries are dated September 28 and 29, and October 2, 5, 6, 7, 12 and 14. All carry the status Ongoing and have no accompanying note. They document inspection activity beyond the September 18 preconstruction meeting, without establishing a completed or finally accepted shoring system.
The September 18 entry remains marked Partial with Corrections. It allows shoring to start but requires further city approval on the east side when work reaches the elevation needing soil nails where no easement has been granted. The subsequent pile entries do not say that elevation has been reached or that the condition has been satisfied.
These inspections belong to the excavation-support permit. They should not be described as inspections of tower foundations or permanent garage construction. Bellevue issued the separate P2-through-P5 building permit, 24-104362-BB, on September 9; its inspection list was still empty at the October 14 check.
The same day's parcel ledger continues to list full-site grading, utility extension, the shared podium, all three tower building permits, and the proposed hotel relocation as Pending. The next records to watch are further shoring inspections and the east-side approval when applicable, followed by evidence under the permanent-structure permits. An Ongoing inspection is a useful field milestone, but it is not a completion certificate or a new permit issuance.
